About Me-
Laura Mowforth
My work as a lifestyle and metabolic health consultant is grounded in science, shaped by experience, and defined by a commitment to helping individuals operate at their highest level—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I hold a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham and have a further qualification in Nutrition and Health. I developed a rigorous understanding of human physiology and the biological foundations of health. This academic background informs my evidence-based, highly considered approach, allowing me to translate complex science into practical, personalised strategies that deliver meaningful, lasting results.
Alongside this, I bring 14 years of professional experience in education. This has given me exceptional insight into human behaviour, performance, and the psychology of sustainable change. I have spent over a decade guiding individuals to develop clarity, discipline, and structure—skills that are essential not only in learning, but in creating a balanced, high-functioning life.
Clients typically come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of balance. They may be struggling with poor sleep, low energy, unhealthy eating patterns, or ongoing stress. Others want to lose weight in a sustainable way, improve their daily routines, or create more structure and consistency in their lives.
My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to each individual. I focus on helping you understand the underlying factors affecting your wellbeing and metabolic health, while guiding you to build habits that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your lifestyle. Rather than relying on extremes, I work with you to create steady, meaningful improvements that support your long-term health and quality of life.
I believe wellness should feel achievable and integrated into your daily routine—not restrictive or overwhelming. My role is to provide guidance, accountability, and structure so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
